Carla Willingham

Carla retired from the Environmental Protection Agency after 35 years of Federal service. She has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resource Specialist in the area of Employee and Labor Relations. After retirement, Carla was seeking to become more involved in volunteer opportunities with the Church and in the community and later joined the ZWHJCOC Board as Treasurer in 2013. Carla has a strong desire to help people. She participates in Project HOPE as a tutor at Dunbar Elementary. During tennis season, you can find Carla on the courts 3 to 4 times a week. She also enjoys baking, DIY projects, and gardening. Carla is married with grown children and is a member of St. Luke “Community” UMC.
