Additional technical support included Bootcamp Training in collaboration with lenders Frost Bank, Lift Fund, and People Fund for small and emerging businesses.

WORKFORCE PATHWAYS
Our Light Electrical Program offers job training to individuals who are looking to get back into the workforce by learning an in-demand skill that will increase their opportunities to earn a livable wage. Low Voltage is a 4-week training program that prepares students with the skills needed to acquire a stable job, growing salaries, and challenging job duties. Six cohorts of students have been trained. Of the 35 trained, 25 were placed on jobs with Infrastructural Wiring Specialist and other companies. Results have been very encouraging with seven students already launching their own businesses. In addition to job skills training, personal growth training, such as Increments of Success financial planning, and emotional wellbeing sessions, are offered to help program participants remove barriers from their paths and set their focus on building a better future.

ASSET BUILDING

Cash Flow, Collateral and Leverage
The ZWHJCOC hosts sessions to teach about the economy and financial assets to help individuals build wealth.  Currently, 78 individuals participate in the class where they learn about cryptocurrencies, forex trading, stock, and real estate investing.

Increments of Success Coaching

It guides individuals in the development of SMART goals so they set clear objectives that will work in their favor as they become economically sustainable. This class is unique in the sense that it incorporates a session on Emotional Intelligence so they can learn to manage their emotions more effectively. Thirty-five plus individuals have participated in this program and it has helped seven to become entrepreneurs.
