Teachers Needed for Summer ESL Program

You can earn a $2800 stipend by teaching in an ESL summer program being offered by Saint Romero of America Ministries in collaboration with the Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. Community Outreach Center and several other organizations.

By becoming a volunteer ESL teacher in the Verano al Cien! Program or “Summer at 100!” Program, you can earn a stipend of $2800. Teachers will be helping Latino adults learn to communicate in English, allowing them to be more productive at work, school and elsewhere.

The Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. Community Outreach Center’s mission is to create self-sustaining pathways out of poverty for young people and families in Dallas, Texas, through education and job placement.

Our organization focuses on three pathways to help create economic sustainability for our stakeholders. We offer programs in Entrepreneurship, Workforce Pathways and in Asset Building.
